Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Hospitality Assistant on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to be the face of our business, delivering excellent customer service within Restaurant Associates. You will work flexible shifts from early mornings to late evenings in a dynamic hospitality environment, joining a passionate team that values pride in food, brand, and people.

Key duties include greeting guests, serving with a personal touch, knowing the menu, and upholding food hygiene and safety

Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be:Hours will vary accordingly to business levels, offering flexibility within a dynamic hospitality environment, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week. Shiftpatterns will vary, including early starts from 7AM through to late finishes, providing a flexible and engaging working schedule

Please note: This role is contracted to weeks per year

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience

• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
