Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to be the face of our Defence sector services. This full-time role is based on a 36-hour week, with Mon-Fri daytime shifts. You will join a passionate team that prides itself on service, food quality and our brand.

You will deliver outstanding guest experiences, know the menu, and make recommendations while upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards. We invest in our people and offer progression opportunities.

We're looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 36 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people.

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted

• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
