Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Defence, Government and Energy Services, is hiring a Front Of House Assistant in Scotland. The role is part-time (25.5 hours per week) within the Defence operations, delivering a welcoming front-of-house service and contributing to daily dining operations.

You will serve food and beverages, help with setup and clearing, handle customer queries, keep areas clean, and support stock, cash handling, and other duties. Full training provided; prior hospitality experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, catering, or front of house experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.

• Support the wider team with stock replenishment, cash handling, and other operational duties as required.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 25.5 hours per week.
