KM Recruitment is recruiting for a Hospitality Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) based home/field with travel across Hampshire and Berkshire. Role is full-time and permanent, with salary £29,000–£30,000 plus bonus potential; mileage expenses and pension included. Basingstoke region noted for travel.

Requires 3+ years hospitality management and driving licence. Experience delivering staff training is desirable and NVQ in Hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Hospitality Management experience across Food & Beverage, Front of House, Reception, Reservations or Conference & Events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full Apprenticeships in Hospitality up to Level 4 Management.
• Deliver training via blended learning (Remote/online and some face-to-face).
• Support learners with Functional Skills if required.
• Meet Assessor KPIs: visits, paperwork and administration.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
• Organise and maintain learner progress documentation.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to learner needs.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years Hospitality Management experience, across one of the following; Food and Beverage setting; Front of House, Reception, Reservations or Conference and Events.
• Experience of delivering staff training is highly desirable.
