Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking a Hospitality Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships up to Level 4 in Hospitality. The position is home/field based with travel across London, requiring effective diary management and delivery of both remote and face-to-face sessions.

The role demands a minimum of 3 years’ Hospitality Management experience and proven training delivery skills. NVQ in Hospitality is preferred; a full driving licence and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Hospitality Management experience in F&B, Front of House, Reception or Events.
• Experience delivering staff training is highly desirable.
• Ideally hold own NVQ in Hospitality.
• Confident in Maths and English.
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full Apprenticeships in Hospitality up to Level 4 Management.
• Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
• Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills if required.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
