Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager to join a permanent team on a Halifax hospital refurbishment project. You will report to a Contracts Manager and oversee site operations within a live hospital environment, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining programme, coordinating resources, liaising with the client, ordering materials and ensuring tenant satisfaction while upholding budget controls. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with site management on hospital refurbishment projects.
• Stable and progressive career history as shown on CV.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programme of works is completed within timescales and budget.
• Maintain health and safety standards and promote safety culture.
• Monitor quality of work and liaise with client.
• Program works and order materials.
• Coordinate with Tenant Liaison Officer and ensure tenant satisfaction.
