Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake mandatory training.
• Customer Service Training/Qualification.
• Understanding of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Information Governance.
• Experience operating a multiline switchboard.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage all calls, internal and external within the hospital.
• Operate and update internal bleep and long-range pager systems.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls and notify relevant teams.
• Log urgent maintenance and pest control requests via estates helpdesk 24/7.
• Work in a small team, remaining calm under pressure.
