Job summary

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, on the Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda site, is recruiting for Hotel Services staff to support housekeeping and occasional catering tasks within a patient environment.

Applicants should be able to maintain high cleanliness standards in line with NHS Wales and HIW guidelines, and be willing to adapt to changing service demands across CTM sites while ensuring patient confidentiality and respectful communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a patient environment and adapt to changing service pressures.
• Willingness to assist with catering duties when required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of all hospital areas according to departmental schedules and standards.
• Adhere to National Standards of Cleanliness and service specifications.
• Occasionally perform catering duties as part of hotel services responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality, courtesy and professional conduct with patients and staff.
• Be flexible to move between CTM sites as required.
