Qualifications

• GCSE level 3 or above.
• Conflict resolution training.
• Restraint and breakaway training.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff and contractors.
• Make critical decisions in dynamic situations with sound judgement.
• Provide a visible security presence through patrols and monitoring.
• Operate CCTV and access control systems in line with policies.
• Communicate professionally with patients, visitors and staff.
• Produce accurate incident reports and statements.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe environment.
