Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cafe advantageous; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work varied hours.
• Literacy and numeracy proficiency.
• Knowledge of EPOS/till systems desirable.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service and welcome customers.
• Take orders and payments and operate the till.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks and serve food.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards.
• Stock replenishment and rotate stock; assist with deliveries.
