Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a reliable Bank Porter (Maintenance) to support the smooth operation across departments. The role is physical and varied, with duties spanning waste handling, room setup, grounds maintenance, cleaning, courier tasks and stock support.

Qualifications

• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Enjoys a hands-on, customer-facing environment.
• Able to manage workload effectively and independently.
• Willing to undergo Disclosure Scotland checks and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Collection and disposal of waste, laundry and clinical waste per procedures.
• Set up conference rooms and support office moves.
• Maintain hospital grounds and outdoor areas.
• Clean and prepare designated areas for use.
• Provide courier services and transport specimens as required.
• Carry out parking patrols as directed.
• Deliver and collect medical devices across the Central Belt of Scotland.
• Support Housekeeping with key operational tasks.
• Assist with stock management.
• Adhere to data protection, health and safety and security policies.
