Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing and Heating Engineer to lead the planning and maintenance of domestic hot and cold water and mechanical systems for the Alder Hey Children's Hospital account.

You will work within the hospital estates team to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and deliver proactive maintenance, including hydrotherapy pools and microbiological water management, while aiming for continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Full apprenticeship up to level 3 or equivalent in commercial plumbing and heating.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and maintenance of domestic hot and cold water and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with estates team to provide full operation and maintenance services, meeting statutory obligations.
• Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding within your qualifications and abilities.
