Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant. The role involves stock monitoring, procurement using electronic systems, and assisting in dispensing and admin tasks within the Pharmacy department.

Ideal candidates have NVQ2 or equivalent in pharmacy services and hospital experience, with excellent communication and IT skills. The position is full-time and based at the Bristol Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels in the Pharmacy department
• Assist in procurement of pharmaceutical stock using electronic systems
• Support the pharmacist in dispensing controlled drugs
• Participate in quarterly stock takes
• Date check as required
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Assist with general dispensing as required
