Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is partnering with an NHS Trust in Lincolnshire to recruit an Advanced Pharmacy Practitioner (ePMA) Band 8A. The role focuses on development, optimisation, and ongoing support of the electronic Prescribing & Medicines Administration platform.

Initial onsite onboarding with predominantly remote work thereafter; fully remote may be considered for candidates with extensive Nervecentre configuration expertise. 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• ePMA implementation experience
• Minimum 3 years' Acute NHS clinical pharmacy experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Lead ePMA development, strategy and optimisation roadmap for the Trust
• Configure, enhance and support the Nervecentre platform
• Drive system improvements, upgrades and user adoption
• Collaborate with senior pharmacy, clinical and digital teams
• Deliver training, guidance and support across multidisciplinary teams
• Support service transformation, medicines optimisation and patient safety programmes

Are you a GPhC-registered pharmacist with proven Nervecentre implementation and configuration experience?

I'm currently partnering with an NHS Trust in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Advanced Pharmacy Practitioner (ePMA) Band 8A to play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, optimisation, and support of their electronic Prescribing & Medicines Administration platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Trust and make a real impact on patient safety, medicines optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Initial onsite attendance required for onboarding and project setup. Predominantly remote working thereafter. Fully remote may be considered for candidates with extensive Nervecentre configuration expertise.

Full time 37.5 hours a week , Mon-Fri

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the Trust's ePMA development, strategy and optimisation roadmap
• Configuring, enhancing and supporting the Nervecentre platform
• Driving system improvements, upgrades and user adoption
• Collaborating with senior pharmacy, clinical and digital teams
• Delivering training, guidance and support across multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting service transformation, medicines optimisation and patient safety programmes

Essential and desirable experience

• ePMA experience
• GPhC Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 3 years' Acute NHS Clinical Pharmacy experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
