Job summary

The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team. This full-time role manages receipt, storage and distribution of goods across the hospital, ensuring accurate inventory and timely supply to clinical areas.

Qualifications

• Previous Materials Management or Supply Chain experience, ideally gained within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing stock and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the Supply Chain team, ensuring wards and departments receive the materials and products they need.
• Manage goods receipting processes, checking deliveries and ensuring products are accurately received and allocated to the correct departments.
• Receive, check and replenish materials management stock, identifying and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
• Carry out accurate inventory cycle counts and stock control activities to maintain agreed stock levels across the hospital.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding product recalls, returns and delivery issues, while supporting monthly, quarterly and annual stock counts.
