The Harley Street Clinic in London is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team. You will help maintain stock flow, coordinate deliveries and support inventory processes across the hospital.

We value strong communication, meticulous organisation and a proactive approach in a busy healthcare environment. This is a permanent, full-time role offering 37.5 hours weekly and an attractive benefits package with progression opportunities within HCA UK.

Formación

• Previous Materials Management or Supply Chain experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills with stock and inventory focus.
• Basic IT skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain team, ensuring wards receive materials.
• Manage goods receipting, check deliveries and allocate to departments.
• Receive, check and replenish stock; report discrepancies promptly.
• Carry out inventory cycle counts and maintain agreed stock levels.
