Sodexo is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager at King's College Hospital in London to lead engineering and building services across a busy healthcare environment. You will own maintenance operations, statutory compliance, energy management, and team leadership, working with NHS Trust and Sodexo stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering with extensive practical experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering, maintenance and contractor teams with focus on performance and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across senior levels, NHS and partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering and building services across a complex hospital estate, ensuring safe, compliant service delivery.
• Develop and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team and contractors to drive performance.
• Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance ensuring contractual compliance.
• Serve as key point of contact for the NHS Trust and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee Authorised Person duties and Permit to Work/Safe Systems of Work.
• Support commercial performance through KPI management and budgeting.
• Guide lifecycle, small works and projects to meet standards and specifications.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives for optimum plant performance.
