Job summary

Sodexo Group in London is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers while staying hands-on. You’ll ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely and to a high standard, and you’ll provide technical guidance to the wider team.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer stepping into supervision or a current supervisor who wants to stay hands-on. You’ll be the link between engineering, the client and management to keep a complex facility running reliably.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 4 or above.
• Strong practical experience in a technical maintenance or building services environment.
• Experience supervising engineers or technicians in a commercial Hard FM setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of engineering technicians while remaining hands-on.
• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a complex client facility.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and carry out repairs on building services and systems.
• Coordinate daily workload to meet SLAs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to engineers and apprentices.
