DSFS Linen Team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital is seeking a part-time Linen Assistant to support daily linen, curtain and uniform provision across the Trust. The role involves handling both sterile and non-sterile linen, basic administrative tasks, and physical duties such as lifting and moving items.

Applicants should be computer literate with a willingness to learn, and must be flexible to support service delivery. Full training will be provided by DSFS.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent Maths and English required.
• Manual handling training required.
• Experience in service industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver linen to wards and manage stock cupboards.
• Receive deliveries from external suppliers and record information.
• Perform stock control, data collection, ordering and supplier communications.
