A sustainable facilities management provider in Smethwick is looking for a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer to maintain ventilation systems, perform diagnostic repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. Qualifications

• Previously worked within a maintenance environment.
• Good knowledge of complex mechanical systems including ventilation and pumps.
• Prepared to work a flexible shift system including nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of ventilation systems.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Respond to reactive jobs for diagnostic and repair work.
