Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a FM Supervisor (Band 3) based at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping. The role involves day-to-day co-supervision of Facilities Management services across an NHS site, with responsibility for a customer-facing point of contact and supervising FM Assistants.

You will manage cleaning, catering, portering, goods receiving, linen and laundry services, including grounds maintenance where applicable, and you must hold a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities management services.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and coordinating teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day FM services in designated locations.
• Be the point of contact for FM-related issues and coordinate FM Assistants.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across sites.
