Job summary
Equans UK & Ireland at Worcester Royal Hospital is seeking a Building Fabric Maintenance Operative to carry out general repairs and minor installations, ensuring work is safe, efficient and with minimal disruption to hospital services.

Qualifications
- Painting/decorating qualification is essential.

- Experience in healthcare maintenance is desirable.
- Strong practical building skills with knowledge of tools.
- Basic Health & Safety awareness is required.
- Full clean driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive building maintenance tasks.
- Operate hand tools and access equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to minimise disruption.
- Carry out risk assessments and report hazards.
- Work flexibly, including out-of-hours when required.
