Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland at Worcester Royal Hospital is seeking a Building Fabric Maintenance Operative to carry out general repairs and minor installations, ensuring work is safe, efficient and with minimal disruption to hospital services.

Applicants should have a painting/decorating qualification and GCSE Maths/English, plus practical building skills and a full driving licence. Healthcare maintenance experience is desirable and the role may involve out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Painting/decorating qualification is essential.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience in healthcare maintenance is desirable.
• Strong practical building skills with knowledge of tools.
• Basic Health & Safety awareness is required.
• Full clean driving licence is required.

Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
