Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Building Fabric Maintenance Operative at Worcester Royal Hospital. You will perform general building repairs, minor installations, and ensure work is completed safely with minimal disruption to hospital services.

Role requires a painting/decorating qualification, GCSEs, and strong practical skills. Salary is up to £30,000 with opportunities for training and development; hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• Painting/decorating qualification (essential).
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (essential).
• Experience in healthcare maintenance (desirable).
• Strong practical skills and knowledge of building tools.
• Basic Health & Safety awareness.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities
