Job summary

Equans is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Fabric) for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital estate. This permanent, full-time role manages building Fabric maintenance teams and contract delivery to meet KPIs and SLA targets on site in Birmingham.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, ensure compliance with CDM and healthcare standards, and coordinate with NHS clients and partners to deliver reliable facilities services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fabric maintenance teams across large estates.
• Strong contract management and tender review skills.
• Knowledge of CDM and relevant FM legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabric maintenance teams and associated contractors across the site.
• Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to contract KPIs and SLA.
• Provide operational delivery support and reporting to estates management.
• Collaborate with NHS clients and stakeholders in meetings as required.
• Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audits.
