Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting Cleaning Assistants for Epsom Hospital to maintain cleanliness and support a healthy patient experience. The role is physically demanding but rewarding, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for patients and staff.

We are hiring for various part-time shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Training will be provided, and you will work under the supervision of a supervisor/manager to uphold hospital

Formación

• Provides a great level of customer service to patients, staff and stakeholders.
• Role requires physical stamina and reliability to carry out cleaning duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provides cleaning services in accordance with training, throughout the hospital as assigned by their Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensures high standards of cleaning within both clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.
• Cleans ward areas according to a schedule to minimize infection risks.
• Responsible for cleaning during and after reported infectious outbreaks to reduce infection risk.
• Brings to the attention of the line manager any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment.
