Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Security & CCTV Control Room Officer to join the busy security team. Based in the control room, you will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, operate radio communications, and maintain incident records across Leighton Hospital and Victoria Infirmary.

The role requires strong communication, calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and flexibility to cover evenings, nights and weekends across two sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment.
• Proficient in CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm during emergencies.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and operate radio communications.
• Maintain accurate incident records and liaise with departments and external services.
• Provide security support and control room cover across two hospital sites.
• Open/close sites, manage control room and coordinate responses during incidents.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies and relevant legislation.
