Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
• Experience of working within similar role.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist catering staff with meal preparation and cooking.
• Serve service users, staff and visitors with food and beverages.
• Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation.
• Ensure areas and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Maintain hygiene standards and comply with policies.
• Liaise with the wider team including dietitians on dietary plans.
