Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Chef for Wellesley Hospital in Wellington (Somerset). You will join a dedicated kitchen team, working 32.25 hours per week to prepare meals for service users, staff and visitors, with opportunities to guide peers and contribute to special events.

The role emphasizes cooking to a high standard, adherence to safety and HACCP regulations, and involvement in menu planning and cost control.

Formación

• GCSE English required.
• Experience in menu planning, costing and stock control preferred.
• Budget management and mass catering experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain food storage procedures and stock rotation.
• Prepare and cook meals to high standards with dietary requirements.
• Serve meals to users, staff and visitors in a professional manner.
