Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food/catering industry.
• Experience dealing with the public.
• Awareness of hygiene and cleanliness standards in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all duties connected with the Retail Outlet serving staff and visitors.
• Barista training is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
• Adhere to departmental standards and food hygiene regulations; uphold Trust values.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency and excellent customer care.
• Deliver and collect meal trolleys to/from wards and departments; clear and tidy up after catering operations.
• Operate cash registers in retail areas; maintain accuracy and diligence.
