Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking an Hospital Adults Advanced Practitioner to join the Hospital Discharge Service at Salford Royal Hospital. The role supports staff with day-to-day discharge tasks and handles arising complexity in patient discharges. The position is office-based on hospital grounds, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with face-to-face interviews.

It is a 12-month maternity cover contract. Applicants will need references (3 years) and relevant qualifications in line with the JDPS

Our client Salford City Council is looking for a Hospital Adults Advanced Practitioner to join their Hospital Discharge Service team.

Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day to day tasks and any arising complexity.
