Job summary

Remedy Social Care is seeking an Adults - Advanced Practitioner for Salford City Council's Hospital Discharge Service, covering Salford Royal Hospital. You will support staff with day-to-day tasks and handle arising complexities.

The role is office-based on hospital grounds, Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00, with face-to-face interviews. It is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. DBS enhanced disclosure will be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years reference required, gaps in employment history checked.
• Any relevant qualifications in line with JDPS requirements.

Our client Salford City Council is looking for an Adults - Advanced Practitioner to join their Hospital Discharge Service

Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day to day tasks and any arising complexity.

Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. Interviews will also be face to face

12 month contract in support of maternity leave cover.

3 years reference, gaps in employment history checked, any relevant quals as per JDPS.
