Job summary

St Catherines Hospice in West Sussex is seeking a passionate Chef to join our Catering Team. You will lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, their loved ones, staff and visitors.

This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers a rota with 7:30am to 3:30pm and 11am to 7pm shifts, rotating alternate weekends, with access to a supportive workplace and inclusive environment at Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef within a catering team.
• Ability to lead kitchen operations and deliver nutritious meals.

Responsibilities

• Lead on kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, their loved ones, staff and visitors.
• Work within a rota system with early and late shifts and weekends.
