Job summary

St Catherines Hospice in West Sussex is seeking a passionate Chef to join our Catering Team. You will lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, their loved ones, staff and visitors.

This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers a rota with 7:30am to 3:30pm and 11am to 7pm shifts, rotating alternate weekends, with access to a supportive workplace and inclusive environment at Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef within a catering team.
• Ability to lead kitchen operations and deliver nutritious meals.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to join our Catering Team. St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.
The salary for this role is between £20,656.77 to £21,188.54 per annum for 30 hours per week, This post is offered on a part time permanent basis working 30 hours per week. Shifts are worked on a rota basis between 7.30am to 3.30pm and 11am to 7pm, rotating alternate weekends. This role offers a great opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance, with every other weekend off., We are located in Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 9SL.
