Job summary

The Prince of Wales Hospice is seeking an Estates and Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the Hospice and our retail estate. You will manage a small team reporting to the Director of Estates & Facilities, ensuring statutory compliance and a strong safety culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or substantial equivalent experience in Estates/Facilities management.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience delivering estates, facilities or engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes across the Hospice and ~10 retail sites.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Lead housekeeping, waste and environmental services.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and service contracts.
• Support capital projects and estates developments.
• Promote health, safety and continuous improvement.
