A local independent hospice in Maidenhead is seeking a Counsellor to join their Counselling and Support Services Team. The role involves providing specialist counselling to patients and families, promoting emotional wellbeing, and offering bereavement support. The ideal candidate will have experience with life-limiting illnesses and strong communication skills. Formación

• Experience of supporting individuals experiencing bereavement.
• Experience of working with groups and/or families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist counselling to patients and families.
• Support individuals in adjusting to changes in their health.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, quality of life, and resilience.
• Provide bereavement counselling.

Conocimientos

Experience of working with people with life‑limiting illness
