L&Q is recruiting a Customer Service - Homeowner Coordinator to support the Homeownership team with selling, remortgaging, subletting, lease extensions, staircasing, and related inquiries.
You will assist Officers and Management, progress cases, and maintain excellent customer communication in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong admin skills and a proactive approach.
Salary:£31,955 perannum(London weighted salary) or £27,796 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience.

Persona:Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

In this fast-paced role,you’llassistOfficers and Management with varied tasks, ensuring smooth case progression and excellent customer communication.You’llneed strong administration and organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in housing or a property sales environment is a plus.
