Job summary

Persimmon Homes in the United Kingdom is inviting applications for a Customer Care Coordinator to support homeowners, coordinate maintenance with contractors, and ensure service standards are met.

You will be the first point of contact across phone, email and portals, log interactions in COINS, and keep customers informed through every step of the journey.

Strong communication, IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), willingness to learn COINS, and a full driving licence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literate, confident using Word, Excel and Outlook, and willing to learn COINS; driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners via phone, email and portals.
• Take ownership of your portfolio and communicate updates; diagnose issues for timely resolutions.
• Log all customer interactions in COINS and maintain clear records.
• Coordinate maintenance appointments with contractors and subcontractors and monitor progress to completion.
• Conduct courtesy calls to monitor satisfaction and meet agreed SLAs.
• Build relationships with contractors and internal teams, liaising with specialists as needed.
• Attend site visits to support customers and operational teams.
• Monitor activity against the Customer Care Timeline and support continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation, contra-charging and general office duties.
