Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. You will be the key link between customers, contractors and internal teams, ensuring issues in homes are resolved quickly and professionally with empathy.

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio, coordinate maintenance, log interactions in COINS and keep customers informed from initial contact through completion. A driving licence and flexibility for site visits are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Own the full customer journey and exceed satisfaction targets.
• Remain calm under pressure with proactive problem solving.
• Highly organised, detail oriented, able to manage priorities.
• IT literate; COINS knowledge advantageous but not essential.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners via phone, email and portals.
• Own your portfolio and proactively update customers and diagnose issues.
• Log all interactions accurately in COINS and maintain records.
• Schedule maintenance operatives and subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Conduct courtesy calls to monitor satisfaction and meet SLAs.
• Build relationships with contractors and internal teams.
• Attend site visits to support customers and operations.
• Monitor the Customer Care Timeline and support continuous improvement.
• Provide admin support, including documentation and general duties.
