You will assess applications under HRA 2017, manage a caseload across prevention and relief duties, and develop personalised housing plans. Strong knowledge of housing systems (e.g., Abritas) and experience in local authority settings are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in housing options / housing advice.
• Experience in a local authority setting.
• Strong track record in homelessness prevention and relief.
• Ability to manage caseloads and deliver positive outcomes.
• Experience assessing housing needs and booking Temporary Accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Assess applications under the Homelessness Reduction Act (HRA 2017).
• Manage a caseload across prevention and relief duties.
• Develop and deliver Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs).
• Provide tailored housing advice to residents, including vulnerable individuals.
• Independently assess and arrange Temporary Accommodation placements.
