South Holland District Council's Homelessness Team is seeking a Homelessness Officer to join on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work with vulnerable and complex people who are threatened with, or experiencing homelessness, helping them access long-term housing solutions and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals facing homelessness and supporting them to access housing solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and engage service users with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with homeless individuals to assess needs and support them to access long-term housing solutions.
• Provide compassionate guidance and practical assistance to help service users secure suitable housing.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to coordinate resources and services.

Our dedicated South Holland District Council Homelessness Team is looking for a Homelessness Officer to join the team on a full time 12 month fixed term contract.

The role involves working with vulnerable and complex people who are threatened with, or experiencing homelessness, supporting them to access long term housing solutions. You will be helping people achieve their goals and make a very real and difference to their lives.
