• The ability to motivate and coach customers, encouraging positive engagement and practical action.
• Experience managing a caseload, maintaining accurate records and working to deadlines.
• The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partner organisations.
• An understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and the challenges faced by people at risk of homelessness.
