Job summary

Abri is seeking a HomeCare Induction and Training Coordinator to lead and deliver induction programmes for our HomeCare teams at the Yeovil office. You’ll welcome new colleagues and help them feel prepared to make an impact from day one.

You’ll work with managers, Health & Safety, IT and People Development to create interactive learning using group activities, videos, presentations and workshops. Travel to London and the South West will be required, with an office base of four days per week.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment for helping others succeed.
• Confident facilitator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adaptable to audiences and learning styles.
• Strong IT skills including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; experienced with pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver engaging HomeCare induction training programmes.
• Collaborate with managers, Health & Safety, IT and People Development teams.
• Create interactive learning experiences using group activities, videos, presentations and workshops.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions; help colleagues develop throughout their careers.
