Job summary

Royal British Legion Midlands is seeking a Case Officer to join our casework team. You will manage and provide direct support, advice and guidance to beneficiaries across South East Midlands on health, social care, employment, benefits, statutory support and housing.

This homebased role involves regular travel within the region, a valid UK driving licence and an enhanced DBS check. You will develop person-centred welfare solutions in collaboration with local partners and report to the Casework

Qualifications

• Experience in welfare casework or advisory roles.
• UK driving licence and enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage casework support, providing direct support, advice and guidance to beneficiaries.
• Assess beneficiaries’ needs and coordinate with regional specialists and providers.
• Advise beneficiaries on available support and assist access to it.
• Collaborate with local welfare providers to facilitate referrals.
