Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking Community Nurses to join teams delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Roles are available from 30 to 37.5 hours per week. A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work are essential.

Sponsorship cannot be provided. We offer supportive hubs, flexible working, clinical supervision and preceptorship for newly qualified nurses, with free parking and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Registered adult nurse with current registration.
• Newly qualified adult nurses welcome to apply.
• Student nurses qualifying in January 2027 considered.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical care including wound and leg ulcer management, palliative care, end-of-life care, bowel and catheter care, and med administration including IVs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support patients to remain at home and avoid hospital admission.
• Promote self-care and independence.
