We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our supportive and tenacious Home Insurance team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our market-leading Home Insurance pricing and underwriting capabilities.

About the job:

1. Utilize advanced statistical models to predict current and future performance of our home insurance business.
2. Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve our technical pricing and underwriting risk models.
3. Collaborate across our end-to-end Home Insurance teams to implement changes that support our profitable growth.
4. Contribute to the development of our people and technical capabilities.
5. Ensure fair treatment of customers and effective risk management.

Skills and experience required:

1. Strong understanding of the UK Personal Lines insurance market, especially home insurance, with excellent underwriting and pricing skills.
2. Good business acumen, critical thinking, and solid financial and statistical knowledge.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of tools such as Radar, Earnix, SQL, Python, R, and Snowflake is desirable.
5. Relevant industry qualification (e.g., ACII), degree, or professional qualification (e.g., Actuarial) is desirable.

1. Competitive salary: up to £65,000 nationally, up to £75,000 in London, depending on skills and experience.
2. Bonus opportunity: up to 10% of annual salary based on performance.
