The Home Support Team provides support to all of the homes where there is a need to support the existing team or cover absence in specific roles. Members of the HST must enjoy variety, working in new environments and different teams, and be comfortable "hitting the ground running".

We are seeking caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our senior care team. Your role will involve supporting the delivery of high-quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting independence. We provide person-centered care, starting with a care plan for each resident, which details daily living activities, needs, and preferences. Your duties will include overseeing the care team, managing shifts, liaising with the nurse on duty (if applicable), and administering medication.
