Job summary

Middlesbrough Council is offering an exciting Home Support Manager role within our Residential service. You will lead a dedicated team that supports children and young people to feel safe, happy and able to achieve their potential, delivering person-centred care in homes and communities.

You will drive service planning, build partnerships with families and professionals, supervise staff, monitor quality and ensure regulatory standards including DBS checks and safeguarding are met.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and young people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Ability to lead, supervise and develop a team.

Responsibilities
