Job summary

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone educated to A Level, HNC or equivalent, or with equivalent experience.
• Experience of working with children, young people and families, ideally in a school/SEND setting.
• Experience collaborating with social care and agencies to support families beyond the school day.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families individually and in small groups.
• Support parents with strategies, behaviour management and practical family support.
• Build positive relationships to enhance engagement with school.
• Support emotional wellbeing and educational development of pupils.
• Contribute to Early Help assessments and attend multi-agency meetings.
