Job summary

What will you be doing?
  • Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business and sustain existing business across Kerry’s products & technologies.
  • Deliver positive results on revenue, margin, and new business growth.
  • Manage and report on your sales portfolio, demonstrating value to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Secure new sales opportunities by demonstrating appropriate concepts based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure joint business plans or contracts are agreed upon by all stakeholders, reflecting sales, profit, and brand objectives.
  • Build effective customer account plans to manage existing customers and target new opportunities.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of your customer, competitors, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and proposals.
  • Maintain records of sales opportunities and call reports in SFDC (CRM system).
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate reflection of customer sales forecasts in business planning.
